Q1.   Can you help for design? 




         Yes, we have our own designer,you can give your logo and idea to us, we can assist the design work. provide several design for your reference.







 

Q2.   How about the logo of key finder?




        We will use different printing method on the basis of your design, material, your logo, etc.










Q3.   How can I get the sample?




        After approving the design, material, printing method, the sample cost,we will make the sample for you, giving the photos of the sample first once we finish it, if you feel good, we will send the sample to you, you can check all the details. Then, we can arrange the mass production after the sample approved.







 

Q4.   Can I get the free sample?




        We are afraid that we can not offer free samples,we can return the sample fee when you order batch order from us.







 

Q5.   How can I control the quality of the goods?




        We have good control in production progress. You can arrange the third party inspection company come to the factory to inspect the goods after the mass production is finished.







 

Q6.   What is your product warranty?




        We ensure that the products are qualified.If the product is broken or unmatched with the confirmed sample at your side,which need be called back to China, all the freight cost for the product will be paid by our company.










Q7.   How long will the quality warranty last for?




         Full one year since purchasing date.










Q8.   If the product is broken,which needs to be returned to China, who will be responsible for all the freight cost?




         Our Guarantee:If the product is broken at your side, which needs to be returned to China, all the freight cost for the broken product and new products will be paid by our company.










Q9.   Are you working on updating products?




         Of course we are. We have our own R&D team and we keep on improving product functions and updating the whole product in order to meet customer`s requirements.







 

Q10.  What are my payment options? 




          For the samples: It' s 100% payment in advance. The batch goods, it' s 30% dispose before production, 70% balance when you take delivery of goods. Usually, we accept West Union,T/T, Paypal.







 

Q11.  Does it sell well according to your regular customers?




         Yes, it is sold very well around the world with good feedback. So much good praise has been received and our new customers are all satisfied with our samples.
